Hello Backers!
We have spent the last few days shipping all rewards as fast as we possibly were able. All backers including pre-orders have shipped as of today. All packages are with the USPS.
Tracking data will have been emailed automatically to the address on file with BackerKit as we used BackerKit Shipping for this project. If you have not seen any tracking data, please check your spam folder. If you still so not see tracking data please verify you completed your BackerKit survey that was sent out a few months back.
If there are any issues with deliveries, please contact Black Oak through our website or the creator portion of this project.
Delivery Schedule
While we had hoped to ship earlier, we were still able to complete fulfillment within the scheduled month of November which I am happy about. I know some of you are upset as some (not all) calendars will be arriving after December 1. We take this type of product seriously in our own home and it was frustrating we couldn't get all calendars out earlier.
Our delays were related to the inbound shipments from overseas into the USA. These have been an ongoing issue for many producers located in the US. Please know we did everything we could to get them into the country as early as possible. There were zero delays associated with this project that we could have overcome or accurately predicted at the outset. We knew risks and outlined them on the project itself. All that said, we shipped the project in its entirety only 8 days later than we had originally hoped.

Hello Backers!
And just like that, we are almost ready to fulfill! We have maintained relationships with our key vendors for years for a reason! Thanks to them, we have seen some behind the scenes heroics that have taken place. Almost all of our product has arrived which means we can begin shipping soon! EVERYTHING LOOKS AMAZING! There are a couple of dice related imperfections that I am not happy about, but they are minor and I have a feeling most folks will not even notice. So we are a GO!
Please know that we are still waiting for additional dice bags and copies of Advent-ure Calendar 18, but these are expected this upcoming week. We will most likely begin shipping on Tuesday and will have packages going out over the next week. Unless there is an issue with these inbound shipments of product, you will not hear from me again until we have completed fulfillment. Please watch those inboxes for shipping notifications!

PROJECT STATUS

Hello Backers!
I am overdue in putting up an update, but each day am expecting updated information which may impact things. We have good news in that our calendars are on the way! They are coming in staggered shipments and all are expected to arrive in November. Additionally, our dice bags are scheduled to arrive within the month as well. As we receive in product, I will be updating here accordingly. Once we have received in everything, we will begin shipping immediately!
The bad news is that I cannot say when anything will arrive here with specificity. We have had only difficulties in predicting arrival dates for product the last half of this year. At this time, if our deliveries hold, we still expect to fulfill within the month of November. Overseas shipment schedules have been negatively impacted for just about everyone in the United States this year. Please know we are doing everything we can to get your calendars out in time for Dec 1!

PRODUCTION UPDATE

Hello Backers!
I wanted to drop a note to say our weekly call with our production vendor was excellent! The production of the dice nearly complete and assembly should begin within a week. As things stand, we are slightly ahead of schedule!
All our risk on this project will be around the importing of the calendars themselves. We are pushing hard to have our calendars ship earlier than originally planned to help offset any issues we may run into, but this has not been a good year for such things as I am sure everyone has heard. I will post again once the calendars are on the way!
